133% EPR (EAM) Insulated 25kV AL Full Neutral LLDPE by Southwire

Southwire's 25kV cables excel in wet and dry environments, within conduits, ducts, direct burial, sunlight exposure, and where top-tier electrical performance is crucial. They operate continuously at up to 105°C normally, 140°C under emergency overload, and 250°C during short circuits. Available jacket types facilitate conduit installation without lubrication, and they're rated for a maximum 1000 lbs./FT sidewall pressure.

• Cable Core: Moisture-resistant class B compressed Aluminum ASTM B231 1350 ¾ hard H16/H26 (Optional: Non Moisture Blocked)
• Conductor Shielding: Standard semi-conducting cross-linked copolymer; Tape used for cables 1500 Kcmil and above
• Insulation Layer: 320 Mils Ethylene Propylene Rubber (EPR) / Ethylene Alkene Copolymer (EAM) at 133% level
• Insulation Shield: Removable semi-conducting cross-linked copolymer
• Neutral Conductor: Soft drawn bare copper, helically applied, full concentric
