I put batteries in it and the eyes light up and fan, tiller thing works. I did NOT put it in water to test it that way. It is being sold as is. It comes with the box which is just a triangle w a Styrofoam holder for the shark.
They yellow on the bottom is the discoloration from the glue they used back then.
