Vintage red leather cover autograph book from the mid 1940's - 1950's. Has wear. Appx. 6" x 4"
Signed by Al Rawley, Ray "Snuffy" Polo and Shorty Cyr.
There are numerous classmate/teacher autographs and a few unidentified adult signatures.
Shorty auto page has a spot.
Al auto page has Snuffy auto on the back.
Al Rawley and his Wild Azaleas. When World War II came along, many of the group went into the service, leaving Snuffy, Shorty and Al to carry on and renamed them, The Azalea Trio.
The trio was one of the first to appear on experimental TV on Channel 4, WBZ in Boston and always featured western and hillbilly music as it was called on those days.
