Appears to be an antique sauce or souple ladle? I can't find an exact match for the design. But I'm confident that this is at least vintage, if not antique.
Handle has a "800" hallmark indicating a silver content of 80%. Less than coin silver and sterling silver, but still a substantial amount. Head is likely made of a different material, but I don't have a tester. Total weight 57.7 grams. Some dings on the handle, but still quite lovely!
