- The new 4-digit lock comes with a key that can be used to retrieve the password, when you forget the password, turn the key, and dial the number, the number will stop on the correct setting. NOTE: The key can not open the safe directly. Please keep the keys carefully, there is only one key for each lock and it cannot be regained.
