Never used- no box, small (less than 1 inch) seam tear received new with this damage. This carrier has never been used, this still has the original cardboard and tape over the straps. I did find a small tear along the seam (shown in pics) that is about the size of my fingertip or about 1 inch or less. I hadn't noticed, or looked for it before so I am assuming we got it this way. It is along a seam, so can likely be easily fixed by the right person.
