The 1723 Carver/Slicer has CUTCO’s patented Double-D® edge, a recessed serrated design that remains sharp for years and slices cleanly through roasts, poultry, ham, and more. The 1727 Carving Fork has two long, straight tines designed to securely hold meats during carving.
