This right-handed trackball mouse has the full suite of buttons you would find in a gaming mouse. It has left- and right-click buttons: the wider thumb button below the scroll wheel is labeled "L", and the narrow finger button on the top right is labeled "R". The two buttons above the scroll wheel are (by default, anyway) forward and back buttons for a web browser. There are three small programmable buttons next to the ball. Lastly, there is a full scroll wheel, which some trackballs do not have. It is a button (middle click) like most three-button mice.
The DPI switch, right next to the scroll wheel, has two settings (red and blue). They are both fairly fast (high DPI) by default, but you can also adjust that using software.
The trackball is about 1 inch (25mm) in diameter with a black marble appearance. The surfaces of the mouse are grippy but they do not get sticky over time.
The USB-A cable on this trackball is about 5 feet (1.5 m) long.
