Your mailbox arrives pre-assembled, ready for installation. Follow these steps for a quick and easy setup: 1. Prepare the Ground: Dig a hole 18-24 inches deep and 6 inches wide using a shovel or post digger. 2. Extend the Leg: Slide out the retractable wooden leg inside your mailbox. 3. Secure the Leg: Attach the wooden leg firmly in place with the provided screws using a drill. 4. Mix the Concrete: Combine 1-3 bags of Quikrete with water. 5. Insert the Leg into the Hole: Place the extended wooden leg into the prepared hole, ensuring it's properly positioned and using a level to keep it straight. 6. Secure with Concrete: Fill the hole around the post with mixed concrete, ensuring the mailbox remains upright. 7. Let the Concrete Set: Allow the concrete to dry and harden as per the instructions on the Quikrete bag (usually 24-48 hours).
