This Hotel Collection duvet is new but it has a couple of small manufacturing imperfections. It has one tiny spot where it looks like it has a darker thread, and where the zipper starts it looks like the material is unstitching a bit but it still opens and closes fine(please see the last 4 pictures). No major defects, overall great condition.
