This is a beautiful Short dress By D3 Roop Vatika. It is gold in color and appears to be silk, but there isnt a tag indicating size or fabric content. This dress is heavily embelished with rhinestone, bows, sequins and also what appear to be Tigers eye gemstones as well as lots of other embelishments. The side zipper is a little sticky, and may need repair; My Dressform is too large to zip up this dress. There are a few stray threads and a bit of light stains. Please see photos. It looks Vintage, Maybe 90s 00s or y2k era. And there appears to be additional material in the inside, if you wanted a seamstress to let it out a bit, there is 3" on the left side and 2" on the right. It is heavy! Weighs over 1 lbs! I would estimate it to be a XS/S but please use measurements. Measurements laid flat: 18 pit to pit. 13 waist, waist to hem 22 Shoulder to hem 38 1/2 Perfect For Bollywood, Indian ethnic wear or Bohemian, Festival wear.
