Uses the same hardware that's already there to attach. Rear handle can use an m10 x 100mm bolt and nut to strengthen it, is easily strong enough for carrying the scooter up to (probably a lot more than) 70lbs. The one I made for my escooter, I bounced on it for about 14 miles for funsies. No cracks, no weird sounds, no issues whatsoever.
