3-4T = Size 18 Age 3-4
4-5T = Size 20 Age 4-5
5-6T = Size 22 Age 5-6
Youth Small = Size 24 Age 6-7
Youth Medium = Size 26 Age 8-9
Youth Large = Size 28 Age 10-11
Youth Extra Large = Size 30 Age 12-14
Our sizes are VERY accurate to US Sizing. No need to size up or down. If your child is a small, order a small. If your little one is a 4T order a Size 20.
