LumaFuse PETG 0800 ESD filament is easy to process and has consistent electrostatic dissipative (ESD) properties. Made from PETG, known for its toughness, durability, and resistance to chemicals, the addition of multi-wall carbon nanotubes enables the controlled dissipation of static charge that might otherwise damage sensitive electronics. Recommended Print Settings: Print Temperature: 260 – 290 °C Bed Temperature: 80 –85 °C Cooling fan: 10% Bed Adhesion: PVA-based glue stick on glass or PEI plate. Other Tips: PETG 0800 ESD can be highly adhesive to glass build plates. A thin layer of PVA or other adhesive can promote clean release and help prevent damage.
