Manon 10x50: Cleaned & Enhanced!

An awesome 10X made even better with a thorough internal cleaning and blackening of covered bottom prisms to further enhance brightness and contrast. Smooth focusing after a lube job where synthetic NYE damping grease was used. With the screw off hard plastic eye cups off, views really open up! It's how I use the overwhelming majority of my five dozen vintage bins, especially during daytime terrestrial use. This is a GREAT overall and all around size and power at the very limit for most newbies when used offhand. Nigh perfect for Astronomy, too. Almost every old binocular will need a cleaning to reach full potential and many charge more than I'm asking here just for servicing!!!
So unlike today's disposable bins, these have lasted half a century and will easily soldier on for another century with some TLC and once a decade or so cleaning. Made at the height of The Golden Age of Japanese binocular production.
