- Vintage Artfix L22U Belgian Linen, 5 oz. raw, 12 oz. finished, double sized, double primed with acrylic gesso producing a desirable smoother surface for oils, acrylics, and alkyds. Linen has natural oils that prevent disintegration over time.
- Canvas Depth: 7/8", Canvas relief: 5/16" (From Str. Bar). Solid Pine or Fir Stretcher Bars from the sustainable forests of the Pacific Northwest. No finger joints are allowed, which tend to fail under pressure and over time.
- Patented Precision Machined Keyable Stretcher Bars are 7/8" deep by 1-1/2" wide. Patented Cross Braces offer great support. You may tension the canvas in the middle, where it's needed the most. Pre-Installed Corner & brace keys.
- Solid Pine or Fir Stretcher Bars from the sustainable forests of the Pacific Northwest. No finger joints are allowed, which tend to fail under pressure and over time. Masterpiece canvases are made in North America with materials from he USA.
- Stretched using our MuseumWrap method yielding balanced tension across the surface and a drum-tight stretch that is up to 50% tighter than other methods. The uncut folded corners allow the canvas to be removed and re-stretched on the same size frame.
