New in the box has everything it says it comes with on the box never been used. I did open it for pictures but put it all back as neat as it was in the packaging. Comes with a very handy and neat best pump bag that has holders in it to carry all the accessories. It also has a very handycooler pack that has the 4 bottles and a fitted ice pack that shapes the bottles to keep cold. It is also a double pump if needed.
