Product Description The MLCS 9012 Merle Adjustable Corner Band Clamp is designed to deliver even clamping pressure and accurate alignment across a wide range of frame and assembly projects. A steel band system applies consistent force around the entire perimeter, while pivoting and self-adjusting non-marring ABS jaw inserts automatically align to changing angles to support square, rectangular, circular, and irregular shapes without damaging finished surfaces. The clamp uses a single main tightening handle paired with a smooth band reel to allow controlled tensioning and quick release during setup. Cast aluminum construction combined with heavy-duty steel banding maintains strength and stability under sustained clamping pressure to keep joints aligned during glue-up. Removable quick-release corner heads allow fast reconfiguration, and additional corner and jaw inserts can be added to support complex or custom assemblies. With a clamping range from 2-5/8" × 2-5/8" up to 69" × 69" and a total perimeter capacity of up to 23 feet, this clamp provides reliable performance for frames, boxes, cabinet assemblies, and multi-sided or circular projects.
