For your consideration I am offering for sale a One of a Kind Vintage Murano Hand-painted in a Red & Black
Diamond Pattern w/ an Aventurine Swirl (seen in the window made by the artist) Perfume Bottle & a Flame-shaped Stopper w/Gold Flakes. I wondered why the painted portion felt like enamel to me and found out that the artisans of Murano used vitreous enamel paint for their works. The process is referred to as Smalto. Other than the information I have provided which was gathered from the internet, I have no further information about it except for its size and condition. If you have any info about it, I'd appreciate you letting me know. The bottle is in very good vintage & pre-loved condition. Measurements are as follows: w/stopper inserted it's approx. 4" tall, w/o approx. 2 7/8" tall & it's approx. 2 1/8" wide. Last photo is of the bottom.
