Nippon Morimura Hand Painted Cake Plate 11" Gold Flowers on Yellow Toned Porcelain
The raised decoration does not show much wear.
Noritake mark namely the Noritake M (for Morimura) the green M in wreath Nippon mark used by Noritake starting in 1910-1911 until 1921. There is some reference to these being Cherry Blossoms. No chips, cracks or splits, no bad cutlery marks, The gold on the rim is pretty much worn off. At the widest the plate is 11”.
We do not alter any items sold; they are listed the way they were found. We get the dust and dirt off, but all serious cleaning/polishing and repairs are the decision of the purchaser
