A lot of research has gone into our Oak City Chai. It is our first in-house full leaf chai blend. There were quit a few styles of chai that we could have gone with. Some have a lot of pepper, others have quite a bit of ginger and cinnamon. We decided to go with a chai that was a little more prevalent in cardamom. Hope you enjoy!
- Spicy and sweet. Heavier on the cardamom but rounded off with ginger and cinnamon, with a bit of heat in the finish.
