Jin Jun Mei, or the “Golden Beautiful Eyebrow” is rapidly becoming the most highly sought-after black tea in the world. As with all of our teas, this tea is the product of expert artisan farmers. It has been specially picked, processed and packed to reach you in a perfect condition. We suggest that using yixing clay teapot or porcelain gaiwan to bew jin jun mei tea. Chinese Gongfu Way: Serving size 3-5g Water: 150-200ml with temperature of around 90℃ 5 steeps: rinse, 15s, 20s, 25s, 35s, 45s. The rinse time is around 5s.
