Pilot Pilot exect 3+1 URUSHI Lacquer Multi-Function Pen

This is a Pilot exect 3+1 URUSHI multi-function pen that my family used.
The ballpoint pens are black, red, and blue, and the mechanical pencil is 0.5mm.

Overall, I believe it's in reasonably good condition.
I was able to write with all the pens, but since it's old, I cannot offer any guarantees.

Please understand that it's not possible to capture all scratches and stains.
There may also be other oversights, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection.

Everything in the images is included. I have not performed any writing tests.
