The PoolRx black booster is an EPA Registered, NSF/ANSI 50 Certified 6-month algaecide that's supports 20k - 30K gallons of pool water. The PoolRx Booster is used to replace PoolRx minerals contained in a PoolRx pool unit after 4-6 months of use. The PoolRx Booster is also used to increase the amount of minerals for pools larger than 20K gallon upon install of a new PoolRx pool unit. The PoolRx Booster minerals are the same minerals that are packed inside a PoolRx pool unit. Start with a new PoolRx unit at the beginning of each swim season. For year-round pool use, Add a PoolRx Booster #102066 after 6 months. PoolRx has been simplifying pool & spa care since 1994 & can support any size body of water & any type of pool. PoolRx is also ideal for salt pools use.
