Quick Click Dust Collection Separator

Designed to efficiently separate dust, debris, and liquids from an airstream and collect the material in a general purpose recovery bin reducing the materials which reach the vacuum. Capturing both bulky and fine very dust the 95798 separator dramatically reduces the need to replace filters, filter bags and extend the vacuums useful life. The Quick Click separator combines cyclonic action with a unique concave baffle design that results in highly efficient separation of both large and very fine particulates. The result is a clean air stream reaching the vacuum which insures the vacuums performance is not compromised by dirty filters that reduce airflow and sealed suction. The 95798 separator was designed around industry standard vacuums and hoses to make connecting the separator easy and efficient with minimal need for adaptors or duct tape. Both the intake and outlet to the vacuum are designed to be compatible with industry standard wet-dry domestic vacuums and their hoses like Rigid, Shop Vac, Vacmaster, Dewalt, and many other brands. The hoses will fit male into the 2.375” inlet. The outside of the inlet and exit to the vacuum are designed to accept popular 2.5” dust collection wire support hoses commonly used in home and commercial workshops. The 95798 has a 4” diameter discharge point to the debris recovery bin which helps keep the separator clear of performance robbing clogs. When mounted to the lid of the recovery bin you will notice there is a cylinder extending from the 6.5” wide mounting flange that presses through the recovery bin lid to keep the Quick Click separator. Combining the larger flange width along with the extended cylinder insures the Quick Click Separator remains stable during use and helps insure a sealed condition. This separator is translucent, allowing the operator to see the debris separation.
