This is an RP Mini in working condition - but action buttons need a new RP Mini button membrane to work properly.
I will send stock buttons that came with the device for the mini as well, but you will need RP Mini membrane in order to reach optimal button performance (in my opinion). THIS WILL REQUIRE some tinkering and breakdown to get action buttons to work properly. Everything else works as intended.
