Vintage ziam 2.5 carot zirconia with Baggett on side and with 14 little diamonds surrounding the Baggetts The big stone is set with 6 prongs. This is about a size 7 at least but maybe an 8. If is marked inside with 6152 and another mark that represents the color and clarity of the stone. That is a little harder to read. It looks like a gs5 or 6 and then 3 other numbers. U really need a jewelers hat loop. They r the strongest and have the best led lighting. The 6152 means sterling silver with a rodium plate. I have had this ring along time and it never tarnished. It us unusual because it has a slight very slight lilac tint. Very very beautiful. I saw 1 in a store for a couple thousand dollars. Keystoning ring to make a sale
