1. Precise Measurement: The digital grain humidity meter is equipped with a built in capacitive sensor for more accurate and rapid measurement of water content in grains. 2. Clear Display: Features a high definition LED backlight screen for easy reading in dimly lit environments, with a concise operating panel for clear and straightforward use. 3. Easy to Use: Simply insert the grain tester into the grain sample, then follow the instructions in the manual to obtain the measurement results of the water content. 4. Wide Range of Measurement: Suitable for measuring water content in various grains, such as beans paddy rice (10 to 20%), sorghum (10 to 25%), wheat rapeseed (5 to 20%), and corn (10 to 25%). 5. Ideal Tool for Grain Procurement: By measuring the water content in grains, users can assess the quality and storage conditions of the grains, determine appropriate storage methods and timing, making it an ideal instrument for grain procurement. Specification: Item Type: Grain Humidity Meter Material: ABS Weight: Approx. 353.00g/12.45oz Product Size: Approx. 44x7.2x3.3cm/17.32x2.83x1.30in Battery: 6F22 Dry Battery x1 (Not Included) Accuracy: 0.3% Response Time: 3 Seconds Working Environment: Temperature -10 to 42°C, Relative Humidity Display Screen: LED Backlit Display How to Use: 1. Turn on the machine by switching it to the "On" position, and the instrument will display a certain number. 2. Calibration method: Take a grain sample with a water content close to the standard value, use the 105°C drying method to first test the water content of the tested grain variety, then insert the instrument into the grain pile, and adjust the "Calibration" knob to make the number consistent with the water content reading value measured by the drying method. Then remove the instrument from the grain, and the number displayed at this time is the "starting value" of the tested grain variety. For accuracy, the average of three readings should be taken as the "starting value", but due to different grain producing areas and varieties, the "starting value" of the same type of grain will fluctuate slightly, and should be calibrated with the 105°C drying method as the standard. 3. Testing 1. After the instrument is turned on, before inserting the tested grain, adjust the "Calibration" knob to indicate the "starting value" of the tested grain variety. For example, set to 6.5% for testing a certain variety of rice, and set to 5.2% for testing a certain variety of wheat. 2. Insert the probe of the instrument into the grain pile, and the number displayed at this time is the percentage of water content in the tested grain. During operating, in order to reduce measurement errors, the method and speed of inserting grain should be roughly the same each time. PackageList: 1 x Grain Humidity Meter 1 x User Manual Note: 1. After each use, turn off the power of the instrument, wipe it , and store it in a dry and cool place. If not used for a long time, remove the battery to prevent erosion of the instrument. 2. Do not disassemble the instrument at will. In Box/Cover of malfunction, contact the manufacturer for repair. 3. If the digital display of the instrument is inaccurate or cannot be calibrated to the initial value after six months of use, replace the battery. When replacing the battery, first remove the rear cover battery cover, replace the battery, and then reattach and tighten the rear cover of the battery.
