Stained Glass Window Sun Catcher/Roundel in a Madonna and Child Design.

This is one of a pair of panels from the Christopher Whall window in the south-west transept of the Canterbury Cathedral (linking up with Three Angels overlooking the crib from the left). An ox and an ass look on, in the stable at Bethlehem. A window full of devotion to Mary and Jesus. Window 'Roundels' are round glass decorations designed to hang in a window of the home. Various sizes of Roundel are produced by hand-painting directly onto the glass. The Window Art Roundels and Panels are framed with traditional stained glass lead, and hung with trace chain. All products are supplied with window suction cups. It is recommended to apply a smear of egg white on the back of the window suction cups to prevent them drying out in double glazed and drier window conditions. Supplied in burgundy and gold gift boxes.
