I love these so much I bought four pairs of Binx platform loafers (please see my other listings) but I need a slightly larger size. I am usually a 7.5 in most shoes but 38 runs a little too narrow for me. According to the Stella size chart, Euro/Italian 38 = US 8- I think this would fit an 8 if you’re narrow, 7.5 or maybe even 7 if you’re not.
