This is a vintage Barometer marked "Weatherite" German crafted hanging ship wheel barometer. It is made of wood with a glass "face". The back has an "O" ring on the top for hanging.
It is in very nice vintage condition with one minor scuff to one of the "wheel spokes" - please see photos for this imperfection. Otherwise no chips or cracks and appears to accurately forecast the weather.
