It is a combination of Sweet, Tart & Spicy and is made from 100% HONEY & vine ripened Serrano Peppers. Amazingly complex, it makes a great addition to Ceviche, Salsa, Bloody Marys & Shrimp. Delicious Drizzled over Sliced Tomatoes & Fresh Mozzarella Cheese. Add to Dressings for Leafy Green, Potato, Pasta & Rice Salads.
